My mission is to provide accessible and community-oriented mental healthcare that prioritizes affordability and inclusivity. I am committed to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial means, can access the support they need. To achieve this, I reserve 30% of my therapy slots for reduced-fee clients, ensuring that cost never becomes a barrier to mental wellness. My pricing structure is designed with an equity lens, inspired by the principles of organizations like AORTA and Worts + Cunning Apothecary, to promote fairness, transparency, accountability, and reparations in mental healthcare access.

At this time, my practice is private pay or Out-of-Network (OON) only.

Psychotherapy

Individual Therapy

Standard Rate: $200

Sliding Scale (depending on income and availability): $75 - $185

Relationship Therapy

Standard Rate: $225

Sliding Scale (depending on income and availability): $100 - $210

Group Therapy

Standard Rate: $75

Sliding Scale (depending on income and availability): $20 - $60

Insurance Information

I am not in network with any insurance companies. I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company if they cover Out of Network (OON) services. For more information about how OON works, click here.

Superbills are issued on the 3rd day of the month following your session.

I am not able to receive payment directly from your insurance company or communicate with them on your behalf. All clients must direct any questions or concerns about their coverage or reimbursement to the insurance company.

I've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

Mentaya is perfect IF you:

• Have out-of-network benefits

• Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance

• Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement

• Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!

Here's how it works:

1. Sign up for Mentaya here

2. I will enter your sessions into the platform.

3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.

4. You get reimbursed by insurance!

Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes

handling any paperwork required, dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.

It's risk-free: They guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or a full refund of their fees.

Professional Consultation

Peer Consultation for licensed professionals: $250

Peer Consultation for Associates & pre-licensed professionals: $125

Reduced rates may be available on a case by case basis

Speaking Engagements & Workshops

Hourly Rates:

For organizations with annual budgets up to $600,000: $250

For organizations with annual budgets between $600,000 and $1.2 million: $325

For organizations with annual budgets between $1.2 and $5 million: $400

For organizations with annual budgets above $5 million: $475

For work involving significant travel, I generally bill by the day (8 hours). This does not include travel, lodging, and per diem expenses.

Payment

For therapy services:

Your fee for each session will be due by the start of each session. This means that payment will need to be submitted via electronic transfer prior to the beginning of the session.

Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, FSA, and HSA)

For professional services:

Your fee for services is due within 30 days upon receipt of an invoice.
