Are you ready to start your journey to joy and improve your overall wellness?

Do you feel disconnected from those around you and alone with your problems or life concerns?

Are you tired of being the “strong friend” and ready to build a network of true support?

Do you find yourself repeatedly in unhealthy patterns in relationships?

Do you struggle with anxiety and perfectionism, yet sometimes it feels like your “superpower”?

Does vulnerability sound scary even though you know it is important?

Have you experienced discrimination, harassment, or oppression due to your racial, gender, or sexual identity?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are in the right place.

Welcome!

I am here to listen and support.

I support people in living authentically and in alignment with their beliefs and values as a way to liberate their fullest selves and resist our oppressive society.

I am committed to promoting social justice, fostering self-acceptance, and enhancing emotional awareness through curious inquiry, psychoeducation, and compassionate guidance and support.
